Contact the admins

Found a bug, need a hand with your name or password, or want to report a player? Write to the admins here. Every admin sees your message and their replies.

With your password, the admins know the message really is from you, and their reply also arrives in your TalkWorld mailbox. Your password is only checked, never stored with the message.

Good to know

  • Registered players can also write from inside the game: open your mail, press Send Mail and type admins as the name. Replies arrive in your TalkWorld mailbox, and you can answer them the same way.
  • For a bug, say what you were doing, which version you use (the browser, the Windows game window or the 1996 game) and what went wrong.
  • To report a player, give their name, the room and roughly when it happened.
  • Lost your password? Write from here with your TalkWorld name and an email address, and an admin will help.
  • Rights holders: choose Copyright or takedown request. Tell us who you are, what the request covers and what you'd like done, with an email address for our reply. We take these seriously and answer them first.

Your privacy

Only the TalkWorld admins can read your message and your email address. We don't keep your IP address with it, just a scrambled code that lets us stop spam. Admins can delete a message at any time, and you can ask them to.
